Returns Policy

You agree that Products returned to our store as not required/not suitable will not be accepted more than 7 days after first delivery to you.

Acceptance of returned goods will be at the sole discretion of Ribbon N Blues and shall be subject to the goods being received in a new resalable state and in complete original wrappers.

Should goods not be returned in a new state, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of a minimum of 15% (fifteen per cent).

Custom orders such as indent shipments printed ribbon, cut satin, custom bags and boxes, samples etc are excluded from this 7 day returns policy and are non-returnable.

Exclusion: NOT sale items or cut lengths of ribbon.

Indent Orders

Where goods ordered are indented especially for you, you agree that subject to Ribbon N Blues meeting your pre-stated delivery requirement, such an order once placed can not be cancelled.

In the event you cancel such an order other than for delivery delay, you agree to pay for the order in its entirety by due date. Indent Orders are not returnable as per the Returns policy above unless they do not meet the agreed specification.
